About Us

The idea for this training course is the result of the ToT "Training of Trainers", edition 2010-2011.

In this course, the team designed the first edition of "Mpowering U 2lead Uth" as a training combining leadership and empowerment with the target group of young leaders and with the main aim to help them, support them and develop them to be able to empower, motivate and lead other youngsters within their communities.
 
The trainers brought their own experiences, knowledge, ideas and objectives, and have been finding the common ground mainly through email exchanges and skype meetings. The concept and draft programme were defined in these communications, as well as the final proposal of the project to the rest of the partners.

 

And now we are working in edition number 7 - amazing how the times flies!!!

Target group

The profile of participants in our courses, has been youth workers or youth leaders working directly with young people who were interested in optimizing the impact they can have on the personal and social development of youth people, and who were willing and able to communicate in English.

But we are open to run this course with other groups of people / enterprises, so if you are interested, just write us a few lines and let us know!

History of project

The project was born in the framework of practical work of the "Training of Trainers" course in 2010-2011, being the first edition in April 2011.

 

We would like to thanks our trainers (Hazel Low, Paul Kloosterman and Peter Hofmann), the different organizations that has hosted this course so far:
